Responsibilities:
- Become a process and product expert through learning the finished product, materials, components, manufacturing process, etc.
- Partner with production teams to ensure manufacturing processes are running smoothly
- Assess manufacturing processes, workflows and other operational functions to make suggestions for improvement and efficiencies
- Assist with assessment of quality through testing methods for process and product – provide suggestions for relevant change
- Participate in prototype design and build, testing, and plan development
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors or Associates degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering – or comparable experience
2 years of experience in manufacturing environment
Skills:
CAD / SolidWorks Experience required
Use of voltmeters, calipers, micrometers
About the role:
Full Time, Direct Hire
Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p
100% on site role – occasional overtime / flexible hours based on business demand
